Refund policy
Because plants are living products, I cannot accept returns once they have left my care. I do my best to ensure every plant is healthy and securely packaged before shipping. Please keep in mind that minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small spots, slight leaf damage, or natural variations are normal and do not qualify for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. I will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement or partial refund.
For accessories (such as shelves, pots, or other non-living products), I do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your own shipping cost. Once received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method.
