Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Please allow a few days for me to carefully prepare your order before it is sent out, as I am running this shop on my own alongside full-time work.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery times depend on Swiss Post, but most packages within Switzerland arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

I do my best to ship as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that slight delays may happen, especially during busy times.
